Nutrition and Weight Loss Counseling

We believe food is medicine. Good food is great medicine. We also believe a diet is not something you are on but it is the food that you eat every day. For example, a cow’s diet is grass. What is your diet?

Our nutritional counseling helps people learn what food is good for their bodies and to eat lots of these foods.  We also teach what foods are not good for your body and how to avoid them.  As you create habits of eating good foods and eliminate habits of eating bad foods you will find that your health and energy levels will increase. You will feel better. This gives you the motivation to continue with your new diet and maintain it for the rest of your life.

We have a 10 week program that involves education, commitment, and accountability.  You will learn how foods affect your body’s ability to either store or burn fat.   You will commit to healthy eating patterns that are easy enough to do each day and each week for the rest of your life.   You will also be held accountable to a health coach who will guide you through this process of change and eating healthier.
